Flatrock Post Office

One of the newest buildings, constructed in 1878, the post office used to be housed in the railstation before it became too crowded to hold all of the mail and handle the passengers. The mail is kept in a locked back room with bars on the windows and a stout lock to deter would-be thieves. This was done because just two weeks after being finished it was broken into by Gilbert, one of the ranch hands out at the Bar-T. Ol' Pete keeps a double-barreled shotgun behind the counter just in case he is robbed.
